Charla Fuller has been with Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center since 1974. She initially started in Environmental Services for a short period and then moved into Registration/Admissions. She then went into a patient-analyst position, which was a new position at the time so she made it her own. Charla has seen the entire transformation of the billing process because when she started everything was done on handwritten invoices and electric typewriters. She loves her job because of the people. She enjoys helping people and helping them understand how insurance and billing work.  Charla’s director nominated her a few years ago as a Champion for Wellness due to her exceptional customer service in patient financial services. She grew up in Cloudcroft. She enjoys quilting in her free time and has two sons, Jonathan and Tyrel, and two grandchildren.  Charla does not intend to retire anytime soon, but when she does, she would like to travel to Oregon one day. Thank you for your service and dedication Charla we appreciate everything you do.
