Tom Stegen, CNP

Thomas Stegen, MSN, RN, CNP is a veteran of the USAF. He brings over 20 years of nursing experience to Champion Urgent Care. He has been with CHRISTUS Health since 2002 and was recently nominated for a DAISY award for his excellence in nursing in our Emergency Department. His experience includes acute and chronic care management. He has worked in numerous settings including emergency care, critical care and internal medicine.

Adam Smith, CNP

Adam Smith, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, joins Champion Urgent Care from Nashville, TN. He is licensed to see patients of all ages. He received his Masters of Nursing in Science from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. His clinical interests include family practice and urgent care. He has experience in acute outpatient care needs in high volume environments and community health needs.

Matt Baker, FNP

Matthew Baker is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with 11 years of experience, with over 7 of those years being in Urgent Care.

Matthew obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Missouri Southern State University. He then obtained his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, Joplin, MO.

Matthew has worked in Family Practice, Pain Management, Addiction Medicine but Urgent Care for almost 8 years.
