Rivia Health is a pre-collections vendor, that assists with notifying and collecting open balances for patients after their insurance has paid. Our Physician’s Practices are partnered with Rivia Health to provide a fast, easy way for patients to pay their bill online. When a balance for a copay or provider visit is available, patients will get a text and email to follow a payment link, verify the patient’s identity, submit a payment, or set up a payment plan. Rivia Health is HIPAA Compliant and maintains the highest security standards to protect patients.
This is not for hospital claims, and specific to the Physician Practices. Rivia Health will only be assisting with claims coming from the clinics, not the hospital.
