With the guidance of our General Surgery physicians, our PGY-2 & PGY-3 residents, along with various GCRMC providers and employees, honed in on their suturing skills using pieces of raw chicken breast and pigs feet.  Multiple suture techniques and their protocols were taught by Dr. Blair and Dr. Christensen, as well as University of New Mexico Surgical Resident, Dr. Barlas.  Our next Grand Round will be November 2nd, 2022, with a Bariatric Surgery presentation by Dr. Blair.
