“30 years ago, I firmly stated to my classmates that I was definitely not going to be a Pediatrician or a mother. I am happy to say that I was very, very wrong about both. It has been an honor to be both a mother and pediatrician and to have played a small part in the health lives of so many wonderful families. Pediatrics has been a blessing to me. I am excited and proud to become a part of the Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center in Alamogordo New Mexico and I cannot wait to meet the families there. Sincerely, it is an honor.”
