Patrick Leung, Pharm.D

Patrick Leung, Pharm.D., BCPS, PhC Patrick Leung, Pharm.D, is the Manager of Pharmacy Clinical Services at Memorial Medical Center (MMC) and a faculty at Southern New Mexico Family Medicine Residency since 2002. He is also a credentialed pharmacist clinician at MMC Anticoagulation Management Service. He works collaboratively with family medicine team to manage inpatient and outpatient medication therapy. He rounds daily with a multi-disciplinary team at Intensive Care Unit. He is the pharmacy leader of MMC Antimicrobial Stewardship team. He is the Co-Chair of Clinical Competency Committee at Family Medicine Residency. Besides his teaching responsibilities at Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Leung is the MMC Pharmacy Residency Program Director and a preceptor for University of New Mexico College of Pharmacy and Burrell College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Leung is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. He received his Bachelor of Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Washington State University. Some of his practice interests are infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, anticoagulation, and diabetes.
