Danielle Fitzsimmons-Pattison, MD
Dr. Pattison is clinical faculty at the Southern New Mexico Family Medicine Residency Program (SNMFMRP) in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She received her MD from University of New Mexico and completed her FM residency at SNMFMRP. After working as faculty for 3 years she went on to complete a fellowship in Global Health and Refugee Care at the Family Health Center of Worcester and University of Massachusetts Medical Center. She has since returned to the faculty. She performs asylum exams and has an interest teaching providers to care for our border communities. She has done research on health care in the border region and on education of residents to be able to meet these needs. She is also on the leadership committee for development of a social medicine curriculum for SNMFMRP.
