Position Description: Provide assistance to Practice Manager and coordinate daily operations. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.

Shift Time Schedule:8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
Days:Mon-Fri
The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Education:High School or equivalent Graduate. College degree desirable but not required. One year of supervisory experience required.
    Experience:Background in a medical setting preferred. MUST have desired skills in Microsoft Office products, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, ACCESS.Experience with staff supervision in a Medical Office. Must have experience in working in a physician’s office and have previous experience with insurance billing including but not limited to coding, billing and scheduling.
