Position Description: Assist Patient Account Office personnel in handling of accounts to ensure activities regarding patient accounts are completed in a timely and thorough manner. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.

The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Education:High School diploma or GED.
    Experience:Two (2) years of hospital Patient Account Office experience preferred and courses in accounting desirable. Experience in insurance billing required. Working knowledge of computers and calculators desired. Possess the ability to work with the public.
