Position Description: Performs a variety of environmental services duties, in order to maintain the hospital in a safe, neat, and sanitary condition. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.

The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Qualifications:
    Education:High School or Equivalent Graduate.
    Experience:Environmental Services experience in an acute care facility preferred. Related custodial experience.
    Special Skills:Knowledge of safe storage and handling of chemicals; cleaning processes. Cleaning skills required to perform satisfactorily in an acute care setting. Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.
