Reach Out and Touch



Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center celebrates 60 years of providing healthcare services to our community. Jim Heckert and his team will mark this anniversary by committing to 60 community service opportunities over the next 9 months.

The name of this exciting initiative is “Reach Out and Touch” at GCRMC. We recognize the many citizens of our community that reached out with bake sales, dances and raffles to build the first Gerald Champion Memorial Hospital. We celebrate the commitment of men and women we will never know who persevered with vision for quality health care. We recognize the challenges before us and we are forever grateful for your support to our organization.

This opportunity is open to our Otero County Community. If there is a service you would like to submit for
consideration by our Reach Out and Touch Program, please complete the attached application and send it to Lillie
Lewis. Additional applications are available at the Information Desk and in the Marketing Department.
