Gerald Champion Regional Medical Center offers a great opportunity for physicians to practice the art of medicine and live in a safe community enjoying some of the best weather in the country.

We have sixty-five members of our active medical staff. GCRMC is a ninety-nine-bed acute care facility with 650 employees. We have 24hr physician staffed emergency services, on site out patient imaging and out patient surgery center. On site daycare center and out patient dialysis is available. We will be opening a Gero Psy unit July of 2010.

Our medical center is a ten-year-old facility with three major additions in the past eight years.

The Alamogordo community is home to fifty thousands citizens with an additional 15 thousand at Holloman Air Force Base. The beautiful Tularosa basin is a dream community for individuals that love out door activities. During the heat of the summer months you can be in the mountains in 15 minutes. Because of mild winters, hiking and jogging can be enjoyed year round.

Alamogordo is home to the beautiful White Sands Monument; White gypsum sand dunes have created their own community
