Position Title: Patient Account Analyst - Physician's Practice

Position Purpose:Meet and greet patients in Medical Office setting. Assist with coordination of daily activities including but not limited to scheduling patient appointments and maintaining patient charts. Daily Data Entry of patient
Charges (ICD-9/CPT). Collecting co-pays. Assure required authorizations are obtained. Performs various miscellaneous clerical duties. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifiactions: High School or Equivalent Graduate. Experience with Medical Manager software preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in Physician’s office, preferably OB/GYN and knowledge of collections.
