The above wage range reflects the minimum, midpoint and maximum hourly rate for this position. New employees are hired between the minimum and midpoint of this range. The initial wage offered will be based on qualifications and experience.

    Education:High school graduate or equivalent,
    Special Skills:Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and writing skills.
